Вообще отрицание как-то странно написано. Объяснить можете, почему так? |

Здравствуйте. Я очень долго разбирался с оператором отрицания. Тесты не проходили, и я начал по всякому исправлять. В операторе отрицания я запутался в том, с какой стороны начинается чтение битового поля (думал, что из-за этого не проходит), и, соответственно перемудрил. Он рабочий, просто читает в обратном направлении, а биты поштучно переключаются.

Я закончил лабу по битовым полям. С гитом я плохо знаком, так что не уверен, правильно ли я прикрепил всё.
